أعلن اليوم في نواكشوط عن التحاق البرفسور المختار عبد الرحيم ساغو بحزب الإصلاح ،بعد أن تم استقباله من طرف رئيس الحزب الأستاذ محمد ولد طالبن، ويعتبر البرفسور المختار ساغو من أهم الباحثين الموريتانيين الذين أثبتوا كفائتهم العلمية في الجامعات الغربية الفرنسية والأمريكية،وهو ماجعل الحكومة الأمريكية تمنحه جنسيتها، وصرح أنه اختار حزب الإصلاح بعد أن قرر الإستقرار في البلد ،ووجد أنه أفضل بوابة للمشاركة الفعالة والإيجابية في خدمة الوطن،إلى جانب أكبر تجمع للنخبة الوطنية الداعمة للبرنامج الإنتخابي لفخامة رئيس الجمهورية محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني، مستغلا وزنه العلمي والإجتماعي والروحي خدمة لمشروع حزب الإصلاح الطموح.
